Closing ceremony

The festival ends with the closing ceremony, a festive event that will bring together 1,000 African and international artists in a 4-hour show, including demonstrations, dances and parades as for the opening ceremony.

However, the closing ceremony will be marked by the awarding of prizes to the winners of the competitions. The African Poing d’Or® award ceremony, which recognises the best performing athletes of the year, will take place on the same evening.

The ceremony will also see the announcement of the host country of the next edition of FADAM, with a symbolic passing of the torch to a representative of the designated country.
